Deposits received from unverified or mismatched sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit where possible. Withdrawal processing times vary by VIP tier and payment method. Standard processing applies at Bronze and Silver tier. Platinum and Diamond VIP members receive priority withdrawal handling, which typically results in faster PKR arrival on JazzCash and Easypaisa.

Odds and markets are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed. Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or settled at any time at zh77's discretion based on match conditions or data feed status.

• Bets placed on an event that has already started or concluded before the bet was officially accepted will be voided and the stake returned.
• In the event of a match abandonment or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market type.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These are shown in the betting interface at the time of placing.
• Casino games, slot games, fish games and bingo are governed by the rules of the individual game as displayed within the game interface. Random number generation (RNG) governs outcomes in non-live games.

zh77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected bonus abuse, identity verification failure, account inactivity over an extended period, or receipt of a valid legal instruction requiring us to do so.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of Terms, any remaining balance — including deposits, bonus funds and pending winnings — may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, zh77 may forfeit the balance in full.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so through account settings or by contacting support. Voluntary account closure will be processed after any outstanding bets are settled and withdrawal of available real-money balance has been completed.
